How long will the ride offer hold before it is lapsed?

The ride offer will be valid up until the service start time. Thereafter, you would need to make another booking.

If your booking is processed immediately, your offer will lapse after 2 minutes of not accepting the offer. If we are still trying to find a ride for you, your offer will be held up to two hours from the offer notification before it will lapse.
